Mike Allen is the Director of Family Life and Evangelization for the Catholic Diocese of Lexington, KY. He writes a regular column for Cross Roads, the diocesan newspaper. He has been a contributing columnist for the Lexington Herald-Leader, and also hosts a daily drive-time radio show for Real Life Radio 1380AM and 94.9FM,, a Lexington area Catholic station. Before becoming Catholic in 2005, Mike served as a United Methodist pastor of over ten years. Mike and his wife Angie have been married 25 years and have seven children.
