Jennifer Medley lives in western Wisconsin as a homeschooling mom of 4 fantastic young humans, Eva, Gianna, Zachary and Miriam. She and her family are working at building a semi-self-sufficient homestead (www.medleyacreshomestead.com) and if there were such a thing, would gladly become a part of an Amish-ish Catholic Commune. Jen has a love/hate relationship with technology, loves crafting, arting, growing herbs, trying to ferment things, the sound of cottonwoods rustling, the smell of hot cedar, a cup of GOOD hot coffee (even if it's 90 degrees out), a glass of dry red wine, the north shore of Lake Superior, and bonfires or fireplaces with real wood fires burning. She also has her own business designing, updating and consulting about websites www.turningleafstudio.com, which provides an outlet for both her technical and creative sides. She also started an organizing and housecleaning business called Holistic Home Support.
