Brigid Vacca is a 40-something wife, mother of four girls, Catholic convert, and educator who lives in a little house in the mountains.
She is inspired by the writings of St. Faustina, Julian of Norwich, and St. Therese. If she's learned anything about faith, it's that the more she lets God pry her white-knuckled fingers off the controls, the more peace she finds.
In the 16 years since her conversion to Catholicism, she's let Him pry off maybe her left pinkie.
It's a work in progress.
Brigid enjoys camping, hiking, reading voraciously, teaching, movie nights, and coffee. Lots of coffee.
