Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil

"My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you.
Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart.
So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.
Trust the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths,
Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.
Honor the LORD with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.
My son, do not despise the LORD's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for the LORD reproves him whom he lives, as a father the son in whom he delights" (Proverbs 3:1-12)
By the way, we probably are going to go through the rest of Proverbs, but, first, I want to tell you something.
Recently, I've been critical of people whom I call mannequins. What do I mean mean by mannequin? Well, the term itself comes from the phrase “epidemic of the mannequins” used in the song “Through glass” by Stone Sour. That song is actually about how the media doesn't really care about you (the source of that is Google Gemini, so, if it's not true, Mr. Taylor, please set the record straight).
But, I use the term to mean people that get sucked into selling you something inside a pyramid scheme or an MLM, and, even the lady in Myrtle Beach that tried to sell me a time share counts as a mannequin.
Mannequins don't have free will. They only move when they're moved. They have no actions of their own.
Mannequins, in this term, are people whose freewill exists, but has been replaced by say, DoTerra or Enagic USA's will, for example.

But, I want to focus on a few verses,
“Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones. “
Now, as someone who has chronic pain, the “refreshment to your bones”, sounds pretty good!
Man, these mannequins really need that verse. Because, I understand self promotion (as I've written a book, which you can get here,Elisabeth and the other man (ebook), and here, Elisabeth and the other man (paperback)and write these articles, I need to have self promotion), but, man, you'd think that ONLY THEY KNOW THE SECRET TO WEALTH!
Only took $20,000 of debt! Many of these mannequins, at least outwardly, are wise in their own eyes.
And they want to convince you that it's actually wisdom.
It isn't, it's a script that they can't leave. They're forced to be LARPers.
“Honor the LORD with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.”
Okay, this might be a bigger deal to an agriculture world (hello the fact I'm an Iowa native, although I was born in a city of about 100,000, Iowa's third most populous, and the most populous of the Quad Cities, Davenport), but, let's go straight to the thing about wealth. I have no doubt some health and wealth preachers have used this verse to convince you to give you their money. But, let's focus on the wealth aspect. I'm not going to quote it here, but, I refer you to read this, Mark 12:41-44, and this,Luke 21:1-4.
It's not the money that matters, but what you do with it.
The mannequins want you to sink it into something with a 99.4% failure rate.
Luckily, there's a way for the mannequins to stop being mannequins!
“My son, do not despise the LORD's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for the LORD reproves him whom he lives, as a father the son in whom he delights”.
Remember, I call them mannequins, that's because I love them and want them to realize that they AREN'T that.
Their freewill has a temporary overwrite from these MLMs, Pyramid schemes, and Ponzi schemes.
It doesn't have to be that way.
God loves you, mannequins.
Stop being mannequins. Please, stop deceiving people.
I know you're told you HAVE to be positive about the product.
But, water shouldn't cost $5,000, your friends, your family, and your soul.
