Taking out the trash (and other chores...)

Have you ever thought about being able to travel back in time? Getting to be one of the 5,000+ that was fed the loaves and the fish. Seeing a blind man receive his sight. Or how about and sneaking into the Wedding at Cana to see the first miracle? Would you dare go to the Crucifixion? See your Savior carry His Cross?
Would traveling back in time help you to have a better relationship with God, with Christ?
Well believe it or not, we travel back to the Last Supper every time we attend Mass. We are there at the foot of the Cross at the consecration. We physically see Christ crucified and the Glorified Christ at every Mass and when we go visit Our Lord in Adoration.
When we read our Bible, we are reading the actual words that Christ spoke. We get first hand accounts of His miraculous works, deeds, actions and stories. Combine the physical acts during Mass - the readings, Consecration and our presence; and the spiritual - our prayers, the Transubstantiation, and The Holy Spirit's presence, and we are back in time. In truth, there is no time. Mass may last an hour but it's effects last through lifetimes.
