I am a cradle-Catholic, raised in the wake of Vatican II by two cradle-Catholic parents. I pursued all the pleasures that the world expected me to experience but I never quit going to Mass. I got really good at being lukewarm most of my life and I could fit into any crowd, until these last few years.

I am a committed one-time husband and a father of 5, with 4 grandchildren. My other passions include etymology, typology, Church History, and apologetics. I feel a strong sense of urgency to ignite Christians before the exponential decline in moral society gets too far out of hand. Underneath all that, I am a long-haul truck driver.
