I'm a young Catholic gentleman in a world that would want me to be anything but that. 5 years of my childhood were spent drifting away from God, and 2005 was the year I came back to Him and the Church I had abandoned. Since reaffirming my Catholic identity, I have become a member of the Knights of Columbus, read the entire Catechism, volunteered to teach a few classes on the Sacraments, become lector at Mass, and begun work on a series of "Modern Parables." (see the YouTube link for the videos) I take the Faith seriously, and know that since those who oppose the Church do likewise in their philosophies, more Catholics need to start doing the same to better defend Church doctrine and the Church's role in history and its ongoing ability to help us today.
Though I work as a clerk for a civilian jobs recruiting firm, I hope to become more involved in the media outlet so I can reach out to those who either don't understand the Church's teachings or want to know how to explain it to those who refuse to believe it.
