Patrick attended Benedictine College where he ran cross country and was active in the Knights of Columbus.

After graduation, he joined the National Guard and currently works for a local manufacturer in the Kansas City area, where he also lives with his wife and children. His favorite devotions, apart from the Traditional Latin Mass, are the Rosary and Eucharistic Adoration. His favorite saints include Pope Saint Pius X and Saints Joseph, Thomas Aquinas, Francis de Sales, and Blessed Columba Marmion.
