I currently reside in Derry, NH with my husband and three sons. I am a Catholic revert. I came back to my faith after being away for over 20 years. The catalyst that set me on fire and brought me back was viewing the movie The Passion of the Christ in 2004. I have been an active member of St Thomas Aquinas Parish in Derry since 2007. I am in the process of becoming a Secular Franciscan; I am a member of the Greccio Fraternity. I am a member of the Daughters of Isabella Immaculate Heart of Mary 1440 Circle in Derry. I participate as a team member for Life Teen. In the past, I have taught CCD, Children’s Liturgy, Whole Community Catechesis and Vacation Bible School. I started a Catholic Women’s Book Club at my Parish. I have a Master’s Degree in a Special Education, and am currently teaching in a resource room at Pinkerton Academy High school in Derry, NH. I also have a Bachelor’s in English Literature. I enjoy writing poetry, short stories and I blog.
