Allan Weilert, MTS, DC is a retired chiropractor basking in the warm Texas sun on historic Galveston Island. He is a former Franciscan(OFM)  brother who headed healing and deliverance ministry in an evangelization school in the upper Midwest. Allan has led many pilgrimages to Marian apparition sites and currently serves as approved representative of Betania XVII.
