The sojourn of man seeks to return to his Creator
The Mysterious Entity of the Wisdom of God and its Profundity
To believe that we are part and parcel with God as Jesus told his disciples from John’s Gospel places a real requirement upon our soul. (Jn 17: 22 - 23). Yet, if we do not adhere to his words we then are like lost sheep already gone astray with little or no hope of being found.
Wisdom, the center of God’s truthfulness, as God himself to understand without dissecting what man might think he is wise enough when gathering human attributes that place him ahead of the divine traits of who God really is. Solomon placed these searchable treasures that fill and promote what he seems to believe that will fulfill his most ardent desires into a cauldron of useless dreams without the grace of God who blesses our holy desires. Vanity of vanities; All is Vanity says Solomon. (Eccl 1: 2 - 11).
I have done a lot of soul searching on the idea of wisdom: For me. It does not produce wealth no matter how hard one may think it does; It is not at the receiving line of a person receiving acknowledgement of study and rising to the level of masters before him; And seeking a praise as notoriety before him will not occur because of the wisdom that is God.
The Essence of God and his eternal sustenance of accepting humanity as he is through his Son Jesus Christ’s Passion at Calvary is the very element that becomes the Wisdom of our closeness to the Heart of the Trinity that needs no human aspects to reach into the depth of our Creator; it lies in the fact of eternal life already unfolding in one’s human heart that does not need or require accolades for the rest of humanity.
Since expressing my own concern regarding the human need of accumulating things that can only become like gods that will control our most ardent desires of ownership my mind has begun to do without many of those items that seem to regulate most people’s everymoment attention. It isn’t as though I have become a recluse doing without the important needs of everyday sustenance. But learning to see what holds the most precious time of many others has drifted away from my thinking that I must have this or that item to exist has not even tempted me to reach back and seek what everyone else desires.
Mysticism, a search into the hidden attributes of God that can be found but will need a sense of rejection, or a real exclusion of a specific need for those things almost everyone will feel lost without their presence. Religious Women and Men who accept and honor the attributes of doing without by adhering to poverty, chastity, and obedience in order to dedicate their lives to God are indeed deep-rooted blessings that are volunteered personally. Yet, there is a deeper meaning for many others who although not professed members of a religious holy order that find a semblance of some of these are not out of the question for some whom God might call asking if they will go one step further in life and willingly become Mystical by avoiding what so many are unable to do.
Not claiming to be that at the moment, my avoidance of so much discussion of money, putting other people down for no reason, or wishing to have all the answers of humanity and God’s kingdom have escaped my desire to know or teach these unnecessary attributes that can only cloud my mind and cause internal confusion for me if my intent is to stand with everyone else in parading their emptiness of grace that promises something spiritual which is beyond that ominous desire to be know-it-alls; gaining nothing that looks for holiness.
This is my solid connection to the Wisdom of God and the longer I seek him the closer I become to something I never expected; and cherish the opportunity to become one with God.
