Christmas Eve
Loving our Blessed Mother, the way these two heavyweights of Heaven did, would be worth all of the gold on this earth. Both St Louis de Montfort and St Peter Chanel, loved Mary, with every breath they took and treated Her like the Mother She is. The Mother of God. Their example of respect and honor to our Mother is one we should imitate always. Remembering Jesus gave Her to the world, as He died. She lives up to Her Holy role as humanities mama. She is our Mother and we are Her children. She runs to us, the moment we call Her. She pleads for us the moment She sees our tears. She comforts us with Her loving arms wrapped around us. She is the Matriarch of Heaven and Earth and She does not take Her role lightly.
St Louis de Montfort speaks so lovingly of Her that it makes you want to cry and of how much a human beings capacity to love can be. Both him and Saint Peter Chanel dedicated their lives to the Honor of Mary and the Glory of God. Exacting the point that Mary is the gate that leads us to God. To Jesus, Her beloved Son. Her tender words on our behalf, are very beneficial to our souls and state of life.
She surrendered. So must we. She was quiet. So must we be. She was patient. Especially in suffering. So must we be. In the Wisdom of the Saints, loving Mary is top priority, after loving God. She raises our names to the Heavenly Throne, where She tenderly asks our petitions on our behalf. With the purity of Her glance and the softness of Her voice, our Jesus can refuse Her nothing.
Come to Mary, through the Saints. Where then She comes to the Father with all of Her maternal motherly love. She will never ever fail us.
Oh Mary, be a Mother to us now. Our Hope and our Salvation. Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
