Just talk about it

     You can spend hundreds of dollars on counseling and sitting in that chair with someone who is paid to listen, or you can talk to God about it. He's listening you know, and He's for free. Sitting in a quiet place, whether it be your bedroom or Church or some secluded place that you have chosen to be alone, He follows your every movement. Mentally and physically. He waits for us. Whether we take baby steps or long strides to get to Him, He waits with a listening ear. With the most truest and merciful Wisdom anyone could talk to us with. He is the Great Counselor. The One with all Knowledge. Cookie cutter perfect, made just for us. Just like a counselor listens, He too listens, only with perfect insight that has spanned all of our life. From birth to the present. He speaks the Truth. Something that is not so easily accepted by many. No one likes to recall our dirty laundry, but He washes us clean and doesn't put a label on us. Like the prodigal child's father waiting on the horizon, not just once in a while, but every day. Looking to see if he could see the son returning, that is how Jesus waits for us. All the while listening, ready and waiting for us to hear His great counseling. 

     Just talk about it. He loves you and will not steer you wrong. Open your ears to your heart and get ready for the greatest counseling session ever.
