God's Word for all days---"Give thanks with a grateful heart---give thanks."
We may think---give thanks for all we have, but let us also give thanks for WHAT IS NOT in our lives too! That would be a long list you all need to sit down, write down and realized how blessed you are for what is NOT in your life!!
Example: You may still be single and wonder why that perfect person has not come your way. There is no perfect person and all married folks can tell you that a spouse can be grumpy and aggravating as much as they are fantastic and wonderful! So give thanks if you are single and don't have to live with all that marriage will bring into your life.
If it were not for rain and storms---no life would exist on earth, so give thanks for whatever storm in your life that is emotional ones, physical ones, spiritual ones etc. See not your problems as stormy weather but as God's way of bringing new life in your life---If you keep Him in your boat!
It is so important that we seek the Lord all the time and that is the biggest reason why life is never perfect! So give thanks that depressing troubles come your way--for this is why we cry out "Oh my God, deliver me!"
The perfect prayer is the Lord's Prayer---pray it as if you MEAN it!
"Our Father --YOU ARE!! Ooh---in Heaven---this thought just came.
If we want God with us--let us with thanks and praise bring Heaven, (Peace, Joy, and God's Presence) into our life NOW! Thanks and praise also brings us into His Kingdom here on Earth!
Thy Will be done---again, submitting to His Will will give us this day JESUS! *Mary submitting to Holy Spirit brought Jesus into her being!!
You know the rest---the importance of "Forgive us as we forgive others."
Peace and joy enters into your being when you do.
Ask for help to stay away from temptation and also to be delivered from all evil!
Then in your life---always will be the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory of GOD forever!

Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)
But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.
My husband Robert and I have been married for 54 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.
God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
