The days of Conjecture are coming and we better be ready!

We cannot assume that the doubts of man will let the guesswork of what is about to occur with God’s promise of judgment of being just a flash in the wind or something non-believers have made up. 

St. Cyprian in a homily put some of these thoughts in a positive reflection;  “How unreasonable it is to pray that God’s will be done and not promptly obey it when he calls us from this world.  Instead we struggle and resist like self-willed slaves and are brought into the Lord's presence with sorrow and lamentation, not freely consenting to our departure, but constrained by necessity.  And yet we expect to be rewarded with heavenly honors by him to whom we come against our will.  Why then do we pray for the kingdom of heaven to come if this earthly bondage pleases us?  What is the point of praying so often for its early arrival if we would rather serve the devil here than reign with Christ.  We ought never to forget, beloved, that we have renounced the world.  We are living here now as aliens and only for a short time.  (copied from the Readings for Friday 34th week in Ordinary Time). 

A good resource to remind all of us that too many are living in a fantasy world by taking the pleasures that constantly consume our intellect and desires of constant sexuality or greediness that all but excludes any thought of God.  

Recently I wrote several articles that allude to the Apostasy that has taken over the weakness of too many good people and made them slaves to the secular culture that leaves no room to bring their children up learning about and loving the God of all creation.

What is about to happen before our eyes is the complete removal of Christianity from our society; already from several generations ago, in the schools, some government institutions, and even recently from a number of communications entities i.e. newspaper and social media.  

There was a time when this would have become unacceptable by denouncing Christ and his teachings.  Very few, if any, people would not have allowed this to occur.  That was then!  But 2025 things have changed.  Where is the courage to stand up and fight for what is Truth and without its promotion to the young who are impressionable (like children 4 or 5 years of age and older) we are in for a disastrous future where the premise of Satanic influence will become the word of the day and the collapse of freedoms in our world.
