Thank Heavens For The Good Ones

During this season, we often think about Mary, our Heavenly mother, and her example. She has many titles, and one of them which gives me comfort is breath of heaven.
To me, that title means that she is always with us, whether we think about that or not. She is waiting for us to talk to her, to go to her Son on our behalf, and for all women to look to her for wisdom. I can imagine her pouring her holiness, her grace on us, especially women. She was a very graceful person, a very holy women, and a women who carried a lot of crosses. She also was filled with love, a love that we should all strive to have in our hearts. She watched her son on the cross as He laid down His life for us. I cannot imagine going through that. But she did, and that is something we can all learn from.
We’ve all gone through it, watching our loved ones suffer. And what do we do in that case? Hopefully be there for them as Mary was there for Jesus on the cross. There are many ways to be that breath of Heaven for others every day. Let us be that, and continue to look to Mary for wisdom, example, and holiness.
