Sacrificing

Sacrificing; it’s part of our Catholic faith, it’s something we do everyday. What bothers me is the people who don’t get it. They would rather blow someone off, and hurt them rather than make the sacrifice and show someone love. That is rotten in my opinion. And you don’t realize how much it hurts until it’s done to you.

Obviously the biggest sacrifice is what Christ did on the cross for all of us. That is nothing compared to giving someone a tiny bit of your time. But some find even that too hard. They would rather hurt someone. They would rather be a selfish person who would rather think of themselves only and not consider that others’ have feelings and a heart.

Don’t be that person. Don’t be that person who is out to hurt others. Don’t blow people off, because God put people into our lives for a reason. Take the time to be nice. That has a better affect on people’s hearts. Be an imitator of Him, the one who made the ultimate sacrifice.
