By which is established the possible criminal accentuation in the period of October, warnings and recommendations.

CONSIDERING THAT:

…The angry man will be screwed because is an insolent, it will be put a hook in his nose to take him back into the fence with the animals, that don’t think, don’t reason; for there he can meditate and behave.

Article 1: The time can pass, and maybe he can realize. Am I an animal? Are you an animal? Have I acted as a Tazmanian Monster?

Article 2: WANTED: Mousta Clown, when he goes to solve his problems with another person, to “fix”, to express, to conciliate, it takes him the violet, it takes him the blue, it takes him the yellow one, it takes him the “costume”, the orange of anger, the hot blood; he is going to fight more, he goes emanating arrogance and pride.

Article 3: WANTED: Hairy, he says blasphemies, and appears on him a hair for each one he says, he pronounces curses without awareness or conscience and he camuflates among masks to give free way to his passions. He uses black glasses that screens horror and gore movies, he has never seen himself, because the hair doesn’t allow him.

Article 4: WANTED: Blackie Man, he is friend of fairies, the trolls, the pitufs, the elfs, the spirits, the black music, the black science, the black era, the black films, the black wishes, the black experiences, the black life. His favorite color…..is red, after the black. The 31^st of October at 3 am o’clock is his most wanted time in the whole year. The last days of the month are of large and intense black party.

IT IS RECOMEMMENDED:

Article 5: Don’t have any contact with Mousta Clown, Hairy or Blackie Man.

Article 6: There can be more Octoberian Profiles, abstain of them.

Article 7: Praying, Eating, and Clever Partying!

Article 8: Think before acting.
