A Call Concerning the Seasons in the Church Year
Every human person has the right to life in America.
Life is for every human person in every place and time.
The gift of life comes for the human person with a beginning, a journey, and an end. The gift of life comes with a destiny that is to be achieved by the human person in a purposeful way.
Every human person has the right to pursue their destiny in a way that is meaningful and has importance.
No one has the right to violate the gift of life in any way in any place or in any time.
Abortion is the ultimate violation of the gift of life.
Abortion is the
· complete rejection of life and embracement of death
· killing of an innocent human person by the one who is entrusted to care for it
No one has the right to decide who will live or die based on personal opinion.
No society can flourish when it kills its most vulnerable citizens. Such a society is doomed to failure.
As long as America allows the killing of innocent life in the womb in its laws there will be a demand for justice on it. A demand freely chosen by its own citizens which must be shared by all.
Stopping abortion stops the effect of justice which is inherent to the nature of humanity and calls for satisfaction.
Each person has to respond to the call for satisfaction of justice. Each person has a moral obligation to respond correctly.
The nature of humanity is shared by all and there is no escape.
The endorsement of the killing of innocent life in the laws of America must end. The tragic genocide of a society killing its most vulnerable must end.
So, every citizen who opposes abortion must stand and say “No to abortion!”.
We cannot let ourselves be deceived any longer.
Abortion is always murder except when the mother is choosing to save her own life and having the child aborted is a last resort.
Abortion is a viable medical procedure only in this situation.
Abortion as murder is always wrong, always the unjustified taking of an innocent life, and always a violation of the right to life.
