Enjoy it while it lasts

     Ever heard those words? Enjoy it while it lasts. The secret to this phrase is that it "can" last forever! Some things just weren't meant to last. Like money, beauty, friends. But some things "are" meant to last forever. Like Forgiveness, Mercy, Hope, Salvation....God.... And we can enjoy it to the end of time. His Mercy, until the end of time. His forgiveness, until the end of time. Not only do we get to revere Him but we also get to "enjoy" Him. I'm sure God likes being happy also! With all of the misery He beholds of His creation who was created with such "Joy".  We must make it our quest to make Him feel "joyful".

     So many, trying to alter their bodies, their faces, their lifestyles. For what? A moments joy? I'm going the distance. I want to run the good race. I pray God will always grant me the Grace to do so. My circle of friends in whose boat I wish to sit. Kind, knowledgeable, loving, prayerful and forgiving. All things that ""last"a lifetime. God will treat you like a beautiful garden of flowers and weed out all of the weeds that choke the blossoms. Pray for it. Believe in it, and enjoy it while it lasts. Fed daily by the water of Surrender to Him who is all Powerful, all Great and all Joyful.
