Jesus, my Jesus

Jesus, You are my refuge in a storm,
It is your love that keeps my heart warm.
You are the Light that guides me through the darkest night.
Whenever I sense a real threat of fear, I know that you are near.
And when I am lonely and need a friend, Your sweet presence You send.
Jesus, You promised salvation if we follow Your lead, and I have found Your
Promise to be true for you are all that we need.
I was sick, and You healed me,
I was lost, and You set me free.
Jesus, I feared death and prayed for a long life, I longed to increase my trust.
You answered my prayer, showing me that trust replaces fear and to gain
entrance into heaven is a must!
Our trust You deserve sweet Jesus for You are kind and just.
Because of Your great love for us, my life has turned around,
And in my heart, mind, body, and soul, Your graces abound.
My future, my peace, and my joy through You now are found. Amen
