Life Is On The Ballot

Another election cycle is in the home stretch. This time, we will elect someone who can either help America climb out of the abyss it has fallen into the last four years or elect someone who will continue sinking America further into it with no way out.

Every year, voters continue to decide life or death at the polls. It is no different with states that will choose to allow or ban abortion.

Here are ten states that will decide on abortion not just on November 5th but for years to come. Catholics must be made aware of this and oppose any bills that will promote the culture of death in their states.

Arizona

Prop. 139 Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

Colorado

Amendment 79. Establish a constitutional right to an abortion; repeal a ban on public funds being used for abortions

Florida

Amendment 4 Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

Maryland

Question 1- Establish a constitutional right to abortion

Missouri

Amendment 3- Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

Montana

CI- 128- Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

Nebraska

Init. 434 Ban abortion after the first trimester except in medical emergencies or in cases of rape or incest

Init. 439 Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

Nevada

Question 6        Establish a constitutional right to abortion until viability, with exceptions for later pregnancies

New York

Prop. 1 Prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, including "pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes, and reproductive health care and autonomy," among other provisions

South Dakota

Const. Amdt. G Establish a constitutional right to abortion in the first trimester, with exceptions for later pregnancies
