Finding God in the storm

Recently we received the great news that Mother Teresa of Calcutta is going to a Saint in September. She was a woman of great faith, and someone that many admire.
Everyone has people they admire for their faith. Mine is someone with many crosses to bear. Yet, despite those crosses, she lives with a positive spirit, always has a happy heart and has proved that miracles do happen. She reminds me a lot of Mother Teresa. Mother Teresa had a peace about her that is hard to find now a days. She spread that peace to those she encountered on a daily basis. She was very loving and always had a smile on her face. And everything she did and said was faith filled.
It's hard to find others like her, but they do exist. They are the ones who have a quiet faith, but yet people flock to them. They find many things to admire about them. They are always going out of their way for others, and finding more and more ways to serve. They love with their whole heart, and flood heaven with prayers for others. They are the modern day Saints. They are the Mother Teresa's of today, and they should not be taken for granted. One day, I'm sure they will be canonized, just like her, because they do small things with great love. They greet people with a smile because that is love and they serve the Lord in everything they do.
Blessed Mother Teresa, pray for us.
