A reflection on today's Sacred Scripture:
"He fixed the ordered seasons and the boundaries of their regions, so that people might seek God" (Acts 17:26-27).
Spring arrived on our calendars weeks ago here in the Midwest, but we're just now seeing God's creatures come to life in glorious splendor! Trees honor Him with blossoms of sweet fragrance while migrating birds announce their return with grateful songs of praise!
Today's First Reading and Psalm invite us to join with all of God's creatures in giving praise to the glory of our Majestic Creator, for, "it is He who gives to everyone life and breath and everything" (Acts 17:25).
"If you learn everything except Christ, you learn nothing. If you learn nothing except Christ, you learn everything." St. Bonaventure

Elizabeth Tichvon is a Catholic writer and Consecrated Marian Catechist under the Direction of His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke. She completed UCLA's Graduate Program With Honors and worked as a Paralegal for 32 years before retiring from Chrysler's Office of the General Counsel in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
