Angst and Anxiety

How the snow looks that’s been falling all day
Like my dreadful angst and anxiety that seems to not want to go away
Please go leave me alone now for I must take time to pray
Believe in the Lord God Moses did exclaim
And no more will your worries and your doubts ever remain
Our Lord spoke oft to the Evil One
And in no uncertain terms He always told him to vamoose be gone
Even Saint Paul in this he had a say
Be free of your anxieties just trust in Him and they’ll all go away
We too now have the power with the Holy Spirit dwelling in us
To also make Satan disappear with the help of our Lord Jesus
Just tell the Darkness to move and to go away
In the name of the Lord Jesus I command you be on your way
And if your faith and hope are true
No longer will angst or anxiety ever again bother you
Amen
