Following our heart will never lead us to hate

Everyone feels angry sometimes. We get into a fight with a co-worker, we get cut off in traffic, we see someone's social media post online and we get fired up. Sometimes, these negative emotions build up, and eventually, this can add up to hate.

We can hate an ideology, a person, or an event. Yet, if we continue to allow hate into our hearts, we will never be happy. The best way to avoid this is to follow our hearts. If we follow our heart's natural state of love, we will become more inclined to be full of kindness instead of anger.

We must allow our hearts to become a compass for us and use it to guide us away from feeling hate toward others.
