Vatican I: Papal Infallibility and Limits

Mary is more than just a figure of Christianity. Mary is my Mother. She is the Mother of all Christians. No one can have God as their Father without having the Immaculate Conception as their Mother. “Never be afraid of loving the Blessed Virgin too much. You can never love her more than Jesus did.”-Saint Maximilian Kolbe.
The Story of Mary is an amazing one, it starts with Luke 1:28 "And the angel being came in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women." But Mary herself is the sign of humbleness that should be found in a Christian.
Luke 1:46-55:
And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord. And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid; for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. Because he that is mighty, hath done great things to me; and holy is his name. And his mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear him. He hath shewed might in his arm: he hath scattered the proud in the conceit of their heart. He hath put down the mighty from their seat, and hath exalted the humble. He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away. He hath received Israel his servant, being mindful of his mercy: As he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed for ever.
Mary is my mother. She is the first Christian to show the world what it means to be truly a Christian, which means to remain under the cross even in the hardest times as it shows on John 19:25.
Every time they hit Jesus, every time they insulted him, Mary saw it, heard it, felt it. Her heart was bleeding, she wanted to go and hug her son. Jesus, her only child. Her adoration. The Father didn't chose Mary randomly, He knew what type of person Mary was and is. A woman that loved God above all things. A woman that will become the best mother in all history, and a woman that will shelter all as children of God.
"We never give more honour to Jesus than when we honour his Mother, and we honour her simply and solely to honour him all the more perfectly. We go to her only as a way leading to the goal we seek - Jesus, her Son."-Saint Louis Marie de Montfort.
Many think that we adore Mary, and they are wrong. We only adore God. Mary is just our Mother, and as our Mother, we love her!
I thank Brother Alexis Bugnolo for this tip too: "that "worship" in English has 2 senses "adoration" and "reverence", which is why in UK they say "worshipful" in regard to mayors and aldermen. In USA, the second sense has faded from use, which led those ignorant of English to concoct this charge. Adoration belongs to God alone, and if the Queen of England can be reverenced, then how much more can we reverence the one without sin, and much more, our Mother?”. Mary full of Grace as it says in Luke 1:28, this Grace doesn't come from her, but it comes from God through her to the world.
"Love our Lady. And she will obtain abundant grace to help you conquer in your daily struggle."-St. Josemaria Escriva.
Mary is the face of compassion, but also the Mother of Jesus, and He obeys her.
John 2:1-9
"And the third day, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee: and the mother of Jesus was there. And Jesus also was invited, and his disciples, to the marriage. And the wine failing, the mother of Jesus saith to him: They have no wine. And Jesus saith to her: Woman, what is that to me and to thee? my hour is not yet come. His mother saith to the waiters: Whatsoever he shall say to you, do ye. Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three measures apiece. Jesus saith to them: Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And Jesus saith to them: Draw out now, and carry to the chief steward of the feast. And they carried it. And when the chief steward had tasted the water made wine, and knew not whence it was, but the waiters knew who had drawn the water; the chief steward calleth the bridegroom."
Mary shows me what it means to be loved, what it means to suffer, what it means to say "Yes" to God's plan, and what it means to remain faithful to God even in our darker hours.
"It seems unbelievable that a man should perish in whose favor Christ said to His Mother: ‘Behold thy son’, provided that he has not turned a deaf ear to the words, which Christ addressed to him: ‘Behold thy Mother."-Saint Robert Bellarmine, Cardinal-Bishop and Doctor of the Church.
