Freedom

Romans 5:2 says,"Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God's glory."
None of us are perfect, and because of that, we don't really deserve to be here on Earth. But yet we are. We are here to strive to be like Christ, to lead others to Him, and to show others God's goodness. We are also here to strive for Heaven, for that day when we get to share in God's glory for eternity.
It's amazing to think about God's love, and the fact that He loves us enough to put us into this world. He fills us with unique gifts, and gives ua a purpose to fulfill while we are here in this place that we don't deserve to be in. And sometimes it takes a lifeitme to figure out why we are here, and why God has placed us in this world. It's amazing to think that God trusts us. But really, that is what fiath is about; that trust.
Being here in the world is a privilege, not a right. There is a purpose to that privilege. That purpose is to listen to God, live out His will for us, lead others to Him along the way, and when we are called home to Him, hopefully we have done enough to hear Him say, " Well done my good and faithful servant." Hopefully we have done enough here to lead even just one person to Him.
The world is full of bad, and God is needed more and more. Even just the simplest situation can lead others to Christ. I've seen it. I've been doing something as simpe as praying for someone, and that one person, probably without realizing it has brought others to know God, and his goodness.
My hope is that all of us come to fully appreciate the privilege of being in this world, and that we discover God's purpose for us.
