Generosity Day 11

We all have fear.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of not being in control.
Fear of being accepted, liked, wanted and loved.
Now couple that with all the irrational fears that we manifest throughout our lives. All of these things are in play when we come faced to face with a choice to either face our fears and grow or remain stagnate. They produce feelings in us in which we cannot explain; yet know they are there. When we try to articulate them to someone, it comes up lacking because the feelings produced come from that place deep within us, the place where no other human can experience these things in the the exact same way that we are experiencing them.
The place of the soul.
If we can acknowledge our fears, look for the root cause, and just sit with them; Allowing the uncomfortable to comfort us. We will come to a space within ourselves that is unknown and come to know it.
The first time we consciously allow ourself to do this is one of the scarriest times of life. It takes one beyond time and space, beyond rational and irrational to the significance and insignificance of our life; of all life.
It is there that we must acknowledge our nothingness, our meaningless in the vastness of our world. Pondering all those who have come before us and all those who will come after us.
We begin to see ourselves in a whole new way with a healthy respect for our uniqueness and begin to embrace it . Realizing our fears, trepidations and uncomfortableness are part of our uniqueness, part of our soul that noone else can ever experience in the exact same way we do and rejoice . For if this is true with fears it is also true with the joys and happiness in life; In all moments of our lives.
This truth opens up a pathway to a deeper connection, understanding and relationship with the one who created us. Urging us to embrace our limitations as well as our gifts as uniquely ours. By growing in this understanding we come to a new respect for self and our place in the world.
