"Papa, what do I need to do to break my chains of being born with Cerebral Palsy? I worry, I do not feel accepted, I feel so unworthy enough to love You or I do not feel perfect enough to serve you! I want to break these chains, so I can live a holy life to serve you."
A dear friend asked this of our Lord--and here is His reply. A reply that when she shared His reply with me--immediately tears flowed, for I heard Him speaking to my heart too. We ALL NEED to HEAR this Message from our Lord. She gave me permission to share His Love with you.
"God - My child, you are perfect in My precious eyes. Do you know how worthy you are to Me? I have died for you. You don't have anything to feel unworthy about. You are My child and there is NOTHING you need to change about yourself in order for Me to love you more. I know you desperately want to be healed but you are already healed in many ways. Look at the birds. They don't know where to rest their young. They have to rely on Me to find shelter through the storms and find food. My child, I want desperately for you to rely on Me for whatever your needs are. I am your Father so My job is to provide for you. Look at this way if you can. Your Dad took care of you when you were a child. You didn't need to worry about eating or being clothed. Your Heavenly Father wants to do that for you now and more. You have to give Me all your daily needs, as I am your Father. You can't handle anything on your own: not your CP, worries, fears, emotions, your brokenness that you feel sometimes, your longing to be with the one you love. I am here for you always. Let Me carry your crosses so they can be lighter on you."
"God, why do I think crazy things?"
"Because the Devil wants you to feel undeserving to Me and to My and your Mother, Mary. We know your heart, which is so pure, not evil. Whenever you have evil thoughts, call on My name, in the name of Jesus, and the thoughts will vanished. By doing this, your evil thoughts will be gone. Do this whenever you will start to worry or overthink. Doing this will make you depend on Me more. Read the book of Job. I took everything away from Him so He could depend on Me. This is what I want you to do. You will see miracles happen by doing this. I love you, my child, and my Mother Mary does too. Let us help you. The Kingdom of Heaven isn't far from you my precious child."

Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)
But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.
My husband Robert and I have been married for 54 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.
God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
